BC Lotto

The BC Lotto Commission has a logo that incorporates three colored lotto balls. The challenge for this spot - can you show the benefits of Lotto proceeds using only those three colored balls? Yes I can.
The design approach for this spot was like a looser version of my retro pixel animation work. You can also see my love of low-res representation in my short ascii animated film 'A Tax on Bunny Rabbits'.
